For online orders, shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order, as follows:

Our items will be shipped directly from our monogrammers, engravers, and other vendors, and will arrive at separate times in different shipments and can take up to 4 weeks to ship out. Many of our items are handmade and this is what takes the extra time. Once an order is placed, we WILL NOT accept any changes. This includes address changes, product details, changing an order to a rush status, monogram initial order, etc. We are not responsible for any packages that are shipped to an address provided that is incorrect. Payment is due upon receipt of order. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment is made prior to the start of your order being processed. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Some custom orders may take a little longer due to the demand. We make most of our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Check product descriptions. You must let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need. We will not issue refunds once orders have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know, we try very hard to accommodate every customer.

If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to make that happen. YOU MUST email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can’t guarantee delivery once the package has left our door and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been over-nighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.

Our gifts are custom made for you...unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on our items, unless the mistake was ours.  If you have any questions about an item, PRIOR to ordering, please contact us. REFUNDS will not be issued once orders have been placed. Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks, usually sooner! Please notify us if you need us to rush an order. A rush charge may apply. Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can exceed the 4 week delivery time. We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part, in which we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible.  
Please remember on most 3 letter initials, the first name initial is lowercase, the LAST NAME INITIAL is capitalized in the center, and the middle initial is lowercase and on the end.

Check Product Page Descriptions, or email us! Some products can only be monogrammed with certain fonts, and some products may not be able to be monogrammed. If a monogram is not specified, or has been discontinued, we will substitute the most popular font.

Most jewelry shown is genuine .925 sterling silver unless specified otherwise. Our gifts that are engravable (flask, sterling baby cup, pocket knife, cake knife and server set, coasters, yoyo, napkin rings and other items) are nickel plated to prevent tarnishing!! If you do not specify the length on your order, a bracelet will be sent in our standard 7" and a necklace in our standard 16" length. Women’s monograms are automatically engraved in the interlocking font unless specified otherwise in the drop down menu choices. All jewelry comes in the interlocking, circle, and times block monogram fonts for monograms, and the cursive, Victoria, century, and greek for writing unless specified.
